i. This is an electronic registration form for Delhi Public School, Rohini only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid rejection of your form. All you need to do is to fill in the boxes with the required information.
ii. Please fill in each entry of the form and write N.A for those entries, which are not applicable to you. Do not leave any entry blank.
iii. Do not press ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use `TAB KEY` or mouse control for the same.
iv. After completing the registration form, click on the `Final Submit` button for final registration and printing of the form.
v. Immediately a registration number will be generated and an acknowledgement mail with weightage details will reach your Email Id mentioned by you in the form.
In case of any discrepancy in the weightage details, kindly write an E-mail to
Mails regarding this will not be accepted after Saturday, 6 February 2016.
vii. A print out of the same form should reach the school along with a Pay Order / Draft of Rs 25/- (Rupees Twenty five only) drawn in favour of Delhi Public School- Rohini latest by Friday, 22 January 2016. Please mention your child’s name and registration number received after submission of the ‘online form’ at the back of the draft/pay order.
viii. The Registration formality will be complete only on the receipt of the Pay Order / Draft.
ix. To avoid discrepancy, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.
x. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
